A quick delicious breakfast! I tried this today after my workout and it was so fresh, filling and yummy I had to save it here!
In a glass jar or mug mix:
1/4 C Chia Seeds
1 C Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Honey
Set in fridge 30+min
Stir and serve with 1/2 C Fresh Raspberries
