Raw Wrap Recipe
Red Romaine lettuce, washed and patted dry
1 ripe tomato, thinly sliced
1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced
1/2 small white onion, thinly sliced
Cilantro for garnishing
Sesame seeds for garnishing (optional)
Dipping Sauce
1/4 cup of nama shoyu or light soya sauce
Juice from half a lemon
3cm piece of ginger, finely grated (optional)
Method:
Red Romaine lettuce, washed and patted dry

Dipping Sauce

Method:
- Cut the lettuce into little circular shapes that can fit in your hand.
- Assemble wrap by placing a slice of tomato on the lettuce, followed by avocado, onion, cilantro and then sesame seeds.
- Mix together the dipping sauce and then serve.
