Simple Green Smoothie
2 Oranges, peeled
1-2 Bananas
1-2 C Greens (Spinach, Kale, etc.)
1/2 C Ice
Blend all in a blender until smooth. I like to drink this one with a big straw and just drink it down. The 2 oranges give it a very mild/sweet flavor.

Kale Chips
Kale Chips
A Bunch of Kale.
3 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Take as much Kale as you want. I like to use 3-4 leaves and remove from spines. Wash and massage to soften. Then toss in Olive Oil and Sea Salt. Lay out onto dehydrating trays and dehydrate overnight.
It had a much lighter taste than I expected and almost no kale taste to it. Almost a popcorn texture. We just keep them on the counter to snack on whenever.

People are always looking for great quick snacks. I discovered this one today and ended up eating half a bell pepper for lunch.
1 Red Bell Pepper, Sliced up.
*I was taught to turn the pepper upside-down and cut off the sides, then you just get the pepper and not the seeds or insides.
Thai Nut Sauce
1 C Almonds
1/2 C E.V.O.O.
1/2 C Nama Shoyu
1/2 C Agave
4 Cloves of Garlic or 1 tsp. garlic powder

Blend in a blender until pureed. Pour out onto teflex sheets (or I've used parchment paper) and dehydrate over night.You can flip them if you want, but I didn't.
Fill with Strawberry Jelly.

1/4-1/2 C Agave
1 T Lemon Juice
and top with

1 C soaked cashews
1 tsp Vanilla

1 C Macadamia Nuts
1 Lemon, juiced (abt. 1/3-1/2 C lemon juice)
1 Clove of Garlic, pressed (opt)
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 C water, or more.
Blend all in blender, adding a little water at a time until completely smooth and almost fluffy.
Serve anywhere you use sour cream.On raw chilli or with Raw Tacos are great!
*A Vegan alternative is to dip cubed, boiled potatoes in the sour cream followed with Parmesan Nut Cheese.

1-2 Zucchini Spiralized (or shredded or peeled with peeler)
Pesto
1/2 C Pine Nuts
1 C Walnuts
(Soak nuts over night for best results)
2 T Olive Oil
1-2 Cloves of Garlic
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 C Water or more or less
Dash of Pepper
1-2 tsp.dried Basil
1-2 Roma Tomatoes, seeded and chopped.
Blend all Pesto ingredients except pepper,basil, and tomatoes in a blender adding water until creamy. Add Pepper, Basil, and Chopped Tomatoes.
Mix as much sauce with "Pasta" as you wish.
Makes about 5-6 Servings.

Around Holidays my Mom would make a Snickers Salad with green apples and snickers. This comes close to home.
4-5 Chopped Green Apples
Set aside in a salad bowl.
Cream (Raw)
1 C Cashews
(Best if soaked in water a few hours.)
Juice of one orange
1/2 C Agave
1 tsp. Vanilla
Water for thinness
Blend cream in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour over apples. Mix and Serve, or chill in the fridge until ready to eat.
*This "whipped cream" is good over any fruit. Try making up your own fruit salad!

4 Granny Smith Apples
Popsicle Sticks (Or just slice up the apples and dip them in the Carmel and nuts.)

1 C Dates pitted
1/2 C Almond Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Sea salt
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Blend in high speed blender until mixture is creamy and there are no lumps.
Pour into shallow bowl. Roll apple in it and sprinkle on your favorite nuts. (I like crushed walnuts)
The brown pieces in the green bowl are raw cacao nibs. (:P)
